Are we going MMA, too?
Dad recently got a permission to apply for a kickboxing referee license.
The form he filled out said it is MMA referee license, I guess it's because
any combatant sports other than boxing is categolized in Mixed Martial
Arts.
As you can see, popularity of MMA is growing faster than ever while boxing
business is going through a tough time without super star fighters such
as Mike Tyson.
I told Cub we need to practice some choke / submission moves because we
all might have to do some MMA fights at the dog park sometime in the near
future.
And he said "All I know about MMA is Mount Position, Sir."
"It's a choke hold !"
